Note: We reserve the right to refuse the removal of hazardous, illegal, or unsafe materials.

3. Estimates and Payments

  • All quotes are estimates based on the volume or type of junk and may be adjusted upon on-site inspection.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment platforms.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
  • You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Haulizona is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by moving items through tight spaces or inaccessible areas at the client’s request.
  • Items left behind by mistake if not explicitly identified during the removal process.

We are fully insured for liability and take care to minimize risk while operating on your property.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not accept:

  • Hazardous waste (e.g., paint, oil, batteries, chemicals)
  • Biological or medical waste
  • Flammable or explosive materials

Please consult us ahead of time if you are unsure whether an item can be removed.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
